Go to Advanced Options and ticking "Ignore other applications that use DDE".

(Αντικατέστησε το παρακάτω "14.0" με την έκδοση του Office που έχετε) 

(Remeber to backup before you modify the registry)

Go to regedit and delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel\Options
